Printers

  • If a patron is having a problem printing, first check to see if it is something that you can help them solve (ex) which printer to select. If not, send them to the IT Help Desk.
  • If the printers are out of paper or toner, or have paper jams—send the patron to the IT Desk for assistance. If after hours and IT Desk is closed, we keep paper in a cabinet in the back work area that can be used to fill printer trays.

Wireless Printing

If you are printing from a campus computer, you can print directly to the printers available in your area by selecting the appropriate printer name from the destination drop down menu (make sure to click "see more" in order to see all the printers available to print to in your area). 

If you are using a laptop that can access the wireless network that is found in the Library and most buildings on campus, then you can use a web-based printing option. Le Moyne was previously using MyPrint but we have now switched to Papercut. Visit the IT Help Guide: How to Print At Le Moyne for specific instructions on how to use papercut for your specific operating system.

Note–you will have to login in order to view this guide. Login using your Le Moyne Gmail account. Refer to the document for specific usage instructions.
