Incident Reporting/Anonymous Suggestions
To help create an easy way for students to report any type of incident involving a Le Moyne employee, a coworker, or visitor to the library, we created an anonymous form where these issues can be reported. This form can also be used to make anonymous suggestions that you feel would make our department or the library a better space for students and student workers.
We want you all to feel comfortable letting us know when something happens, and we do not expect you just to take something or go with the flow if someone is doing something that is not okay and goes against our policies. We are hoping that by making this form anonymous, that this will make you all feel comfortable approaching us when something happens. Please make sure to be descriptive and completely honest when reporting.
