Barry Darling and Charlie Wollowitz : On and Off the Wall

An exhibit of new work by Barry Darling and Charlie Wollowitz of Le Moyne’s visual and performing arts department will be on display, and will range from pieces addressing social issues to others exploring the qualities of the material.
Darling’s primary medium is painting, and his works are included in numerous private and corporate collections. He earned his master’s degree from Louisiana University and his bachelor’s degree from Utica College of Syracuse University. His work has been shown throughout the U.S. from Syracuse to Santa Fe, N.M.
Wollowitz currently teaches sculpture, which has become his primary artistic medium, at Le Moyne. He has earned degrees from Syracuse University.
An opening reception will be held Friday, Sept. 18 | 5 to 7 p.m. at the Wilson Art Gallery.
