Le Moyne College takes issues related to academic integrity very seriously. All Le Moyne College students must complete this online Academic Integrity Tutorial and pass the "Academic Integrity Quiz" in Canvas with a grade of 100%. You will be allowed multiple attempts to achieve a perfect score (if needed) to prove your mastery of the subject.
In this tutorial, you will learn about academic integrity and plagiarism. This tutorial will help you understand what plagiarism is and how you can avoid plagiarism. You will learn to properly include information from other sources in your own scholarly work.
As you make your way through the tutorial, there will be two quick quizzes that help you understand the difference between an acceptable use of a source and plagiarism. So take a guess! Click on the answer you think best. If you choose an incorrect answer simply try the other option; no matter which answer you choose, there will be an explanation as to why the example is or is not plagiarism.
When you have completed the tutorial, you will take the "Academic Integrity Quiz" in Canvas to see what you have learned. You need to score a 100% on that quiz, and you will be allowed multiple attempts if you don't achieve 100% the first time.
