Faculty Reading Room & William J. Bosch, S.J. Teaching and Learning Center Resource Room Usage Policy

The Faculty Reading Room is designated primarily as a quiet space for Le Moyne faculty for uninterrupted, reflective study and writing. Please be respectful of others using the space.

Access and Use

  • The room is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved, with the exception of the William J. Bosch, S.J. Teaching and Learning Center, in advance by faculty.
  • The room will remain locked at all times. Faculty can access the room by asking for the current code at the Library Services Desk.
  • For faculty seeking a dedicated reservable space, the Library also offers individual study rooms for quiet work and group study rooms conducive to collaborative work. These rooms can be reserved to ensure the appropriate atmosphere.

Use by the William J. Bosch, S.J. Teaching and Learning Center

The room may be occasionally used for William J. Bosch, S.J. Teaching and Learning Center events and meetings. In these cases, a notice will be posted in the room ahead of time and an alternate space within the library will be reserved for the duration of the event or meeting to ensure faculty still have a designated quiet study area.
