Tips for limiting to practitioner articles

  • Use the search worksheet on this page to search for terms and phrases that address practical hands-on techniques that can be used in the K-12 classroom (e.g. teaching methods)
  • Use the database limiters to limit results to resources to practitioner articles. 
    • In ERIC, you can limit the intended audience to teachers and practitioner.
    • In Education Full-Text (HW Wilson), limit to publication type, trade magazine. See screenshots.
