Welcome!
The Le Moyne College Research Repository is an institutional repository database focused on hosting and publishing works created by the Le Moyne students, faculty, and community. 

The objective of our repository system is to collect, provide metadata, and publish Le Moyne original works to make them easier to browse, search, and reuse. As such, there are some general requirements to complete when submitting your work.

See below for information on items to have ready when you submit your work to the Repository.

What do I need to have prepared before I submit?

Thank you for submitting a project to the Le Moyne College Research Repository!

Please have the items below ready before you start the online Submission form:

  1. Your completed work following the requirements of your academic department
  2. Confirm that your file format is listed in the Acceptable File Format tab.  If you are unable to find your file format extension, please contact the library for further assistance
  3. If your work required IRB review
    1. All human subjects have been de-identified
    2. The IRB number
    3. The IRB letter ready for upload
  4. The signed Research Repository Deposit Agreement (form linked below)
    1. What does it mean to hold copyright for your work and grant permission in the Deposit Agreement?
  5. Summary, or abstract described your work (see the "Need help writing your abstract" tab for help)
  6. Keywords, or subject words that described your work (see the "Need help with your keyword selection" tab for help)

Here are the steps to submit your work!

The steps for submission are:

Step 1: Determine if binding is required or desired.

- Required binding provided by the Library

- Desired binding funded by Department or Author(s)

Step 2: Ensure that the Research Repository Deposit Agreement form (linked below) is signed and uploaded as part of your Research Repository submission Google form.

Step 3: Ensure the entire Research Repository submission Google form is complete, including the uploaded project file.

Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email from LeMoyneIR@lemoyne.edu and link to the repository record once it has been created.
