To submit a Course Reserve Request, please complete the appropriate form below. 

Before submitting course reserves, please review Le Moyne College's Copyright policy.

• Book Reserve Request
• Journal Article Reserve Request
• Essay or Book Chapter Reserve Request
• Media Reserve Request

Materials eligible for Reserve:

• Library owned materials

• Instructor owned materials

  • Please no irreplaceable, fragile or valuable items

  • All items will be barcoded and a call number sticker will be placed on the spine

• Articles and book excerpts if copyright compliant

• Other materials in which copyright permission has been obtained

Materials not eligible for Reserve:

• Reference desk books and special collections 

• Interlibrary loan/CNY materials

• Illegally duplicated copies of video recording
