When you login to a public workstation in the Library, the black and white printer at your location should automatically be queued up. You'll have to explicitly select the color printer.
If a printer needs toner or paper or is experiencing a paper jam, contact the IT Service Desk or call (315) 445-4579. The Service Desk is located on the first floor of Falcone Library.
