General Information and Use Policy
Reservations for Group Study Rooms are self-service, using the Library Scheduling form. Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance of the time the room is needed, but will be processed immediately after you submit the form.
Reservations for the Bernat Special Events Room and the Muserlian Instruction Lab must be made through the Event Management Office. Allow 3-5 days to process your request; up to a week for the Bernat Special Events Room.
If you need to cancel or change your room request, send an email to LibraryRoomRequest@lemoyne.edu. Email requests are processed during regular business hours.
Library room reservations are not allowed for recurring, sequential event use during class times because the rooms must be available for library instruction, library programs, and large group viewing of audio-visual materials.
Reservations should be made at least a week in advance so there is time for arrangement of chairs, tables, and other equipment.
Faculty who wish to view Library audio-visual material may reserve the item(s) at the same time by calling the Library Services Desk at (315) 445-4330.
Laptops must be examined and registered for use on the network prior to use by the Information Technology Service Desk located in the library.
Refreshments may be served in the Bernat Room. The group using the room is responsible for cleanup and any charges for exceptional cleaning.
Community Group Use
Library rooms may be reserved during library hours. Cost: $75 before 4:00 p.m. weekdays, $125 after 4:00 p.m. weekdays and weekends. Cost is waived if a Le Moyne College employee attends the event or if the group schedules a room as part of an introduction and tour to the library's facilities and services, which can be arranged at the same time a room is reserved. Please contact the Event Management Office to make arrangements.
